RESOLUTION 2022-517
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[MAPLE GROVE PLACE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Maple Grove Place LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with the Maple Grove Place Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the public improvements constructed as part of the
Maple Grove Place subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5`" day of December, 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Maple Grove Place Subdivision.
