RESOLUTION 2022-551
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR NEW WAUKEE 6/7 MIDDLE SCHOOL (1235 NW
DOUGLAS PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for New Waukee 6/7 Middle School, subject to remaining staff comments on
December 13, 2022; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for New Waukee 6/7 Middle School is in general conformance with
§ 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for New Waukee 6/7 Middle School is in general conformance with
§ 161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 19th day of December, 2022 that the Site Plan for New Waukee 6/7 Middle School is
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
