RESOLUTION 2022-553
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STRATFORD COMMERCIAL PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Casey's Marketing Company, has requested final plat approval of Stratford Commercial
Plat 2 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on August 9, 2022, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Stratford Commercial Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
19`h day of December, 2022, that the Final Plat for Stratford Commercial Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Public Utility Easement; and
