RESOLUTION 2023-009
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 101
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, 10 WA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Development Services, Inc. has completed the public
improvements associated with the Stratford Crossing Plat 10 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Stratford Crossing Plat 10 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of January, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Stratford Crossing Plat 10 Subdivision.
