RESOLUTION 2023-016
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE DALLAS COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSION AND E-911 COMMISSION
FOR 2023
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a member of both the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint primary and alternate members to the
Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission;
AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as primary member
and Council Member Ben Sinclair as alternate member to the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as primary member
and Council Member Ben Sinclair as alternate member to the Dallas County E-911
Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 3`d day of January, 2023, that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of members to
the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911
Commission. n n
