RESOLUTION 2023-027
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
GROUP CREATIVE SERVICES [2023 PUBLIC ART MASTER PLAN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain consulting services from Group Creative Services for
completion of a public art master plan; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consists of conducting online surveys, focus groups and
interviews, crafting mission and vision statements, authoring a three -to -five year art and culture
plan, and conducting a call for artists for one site with a minimum of three concepts;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Group Creative Services and the City
of Waukee, Iowa [2023 Public Art Master Plan] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 16"' day of January,
2023.
