RESOLUTION 2023-032
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED WITH ASHLEY ACRES, LLC (LOTS D & E OF
ASHLEY ACRES PLAT 21
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City approved a final plat for Ashley Acres Plat 2 which included the extension
of public streets; AND,
WHEREAS, a scriveners error on the approved plat created street lots with duplicate names;
AND,
WHEREAS, the land surveyor of record has filed an affidavit to correct the scriveners error on the
approved plat; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that
the warranty deed for Lots D & E of Ashley Acres Plat 2 over and across property owned by
Ashley Acres, LLC be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 16th day of
January, 2023. 0
