RESOLUTION 2023-039
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR ENTERPRISE R-A-C WAUKEE
(80 N WARRIOR LANE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Enterprise R-A-C Waukee, subject to remaining staff comments on January 10,
2023; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Enterprise R-A-C Waukee is in general conformance with § 160 —
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Enterprise R-A-C Waukee is in general conformance with §161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 16'' day of January, 2023 that the Site Plan for Enterprise R-A-C Waukee is approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
