RESOLUTION 2021-111
APPROVING MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT (EA)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the State of Iowa currently holds a Microsoft Master Agreement (MA) through
Insight Direct USA, which allows governments entities within the state to also create their
own Enterprise Agreement at lower qualifying requirements; AND,
WHEREAS, this also allows entities to leverage pre -negotiated and locked -in pricing for
products covered in the MA, reducing administrative time on the procurement process for
staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and prov is the 22nd day of
March, 2020.
