RESOLUTION 2021-112
APPROVING ESRI ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee IT and GIS Departments recommend entering into an
Enterprise Agreement with ESRI, Inc., allowing the City to leverage capabilities and extend
the use of ESRI products in various City departments through unlimited licensing; AND,
WHEREAS, the ESRI system is currently in use by the City of Waukee for work order
creation and tracking, mapping, statistical data generation, and other uses.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
ESRI Enterprise Agreement is hereby approved. _
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and qrf6ved Os the 22nd day of
March, 2020.
