RESOLUTION 2023-101
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CONVERGE NW PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, HRC NW Waukee, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Converge NW Plat 2 (the
"Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on January 24, 2023, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Converge NW Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with section § 176 — Subdi0sion Reuidalions of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
6"' day of March, 2023, that the Final Plat for Converge NW Plat 2 be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be tiled with the Plat:
1. Public Utility Easement;
2. Public Utility Easement (offsite);
3. Gas Man Easement, and
4. Storm Water Detention Easement
