RESOLUTION 2023-128
APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH SNYDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. [TRAFFIC SIGNAL
ENHANCEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on July 15, 2019, the City retained the services of Snyder & Associates, Inc. for
the Traffic Signal Enhancements Project (RES 2019-276); AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services is amended to include detection verification & programming
for both video and radar detection, additional coordination amongst vendors, additional
coordination of NW 1 Oth St. and inclusion of additional intersections amending the contract fee
to $182,500.00; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between
Snyder & Associates, Inc. and the City of Waukee, Iowa [Traffic Signal Enhancements] is
hereby approved.
