Bond of S.M.Nissl:rNeWly appointed Clerk,f'iled and accepted.
Moved by Mulle.B..and second by Sandmier that the lIlerk be
authorized to bUy a new set of books for his use.Carried.
Clerk instructed to .w.rite Audito.%'.of.that audit was made
by state checker.
Moved'by Mullens .that the Clerk send a statment to all
parties who owe.light bi.ll.s .•Second by Davis,Motion Carried.
Mrs Buck and Mrs Reynolds inte.red the meeting at this
time to see about city libary.No action taken.
Clerk instructed to get Tr~as report and bring to next meeting.
Letter read from Mr Ball regarding the softness of water in
Mr DallamS1well •.DiscusioD .abcut water works.
Moved by Mullens that the Clerk c.lean up old and useless
paper-s turned over to ..him by .the.retiring clerk.Secondi
