AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, FISCAL MANAGEMENT, BY
AMENDING SECTION 7.02(4)(G), CASH CONTROL, CHANGE FUNDS, TRIUMPH
PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee has determined that additional change funds are necessary
for the proper operation of Triumph Park concession stands;
BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1: Chapter 7, Fiscal Management, Section 7.02(4)(G), Cash Control, Change
Funds, Triumph Park, is hereby amended as follows:
G. Triumph Park. The finance officer is authorized to draw a check on the
General Fund for establishing a change fund in the amount of $3,000.00 for the purpose
of making change without commingling other funds to meet the requirements of said
department. Said change fund shall be in the custody of the Triumph Park concession
stand staff. The Parks and Recreation Department director shall maintain the integrity of
the fund.
Section 2-Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section, provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
