In the absence of Mayor Kent,J.O.Sandmier moved that T.H.Mullins be appointed Mayor protem, seconded by Davis,motion carried.The following councilmen answered the roll call,Sandmier,Davis, Knoll and Jones. I The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Moved by Jones that Treasurers report be accepted as read,seconded by Knoll,carried.
