Meeting called to order at 8.30 P.M.by Mayor Kent.
The following Counci~man answered the noll call.Jones.
MUllens,DaVis,Knoll,and Sandmuer.
The minutes of the last regUlar meeting w~e read and aprovedasread.
Moved by Mullens and seconded by Jones that the treas,report
be accepted as read .Motion carried"

bills be allowed and orders drawn on the treas for same.

screens for the town hall.Carried.Elmer Potter instructed
to at'edd to this.
Moved By Mullens that the Mayor appoint two councilman
to represent the council to meet With O.D.Ellsworth
in regard to buying $16000~00 worth of bonds and submit
there finding to the council for there approval.Seconded
by Sandmier.Carried.Committee appointed.T.H.Mullens andJ.C.Sandmier.
Moved by Mullens that the Bank of Waukee be named as a
depoitory for the towns funds up to$25.666.00.SecondedbyJonesCarried.

approved by the council,to take care of the Public Libaryforoneyear
Mr Alfred Severson .Chairman.
