RESOLUTION 2023-206
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
SHIVE-HATTERY, INC. [WAUKEE DOWNTOWN CONCEPTS AND SIGNAGE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Shive-Hattery, Inc. for the
Waukee Downtown Concepts and Signage Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes a signage master plan as well as a traffic and parking
study for the Waukee Downtown Triangle District; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Shive-Hattery, Inc. [Waukee
Downtown Concepts and Signage] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 15`' day of May,
2023.
