RESOLUTION 2023-210
APPROVING STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITY MAINTENANCE
COVENANT & PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT (ASHLEY ACRES, LLC)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Ashley Acres, LLC, are
necessary for the purpose of storm water detention.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the amended and restated Storm Water Management Maintenance Covenant & Permanent
Easement Agreement is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 15th day of May
2023.
