RESOLUTION 2023-220
APPROVING PUBLIC STREET NAME CHANGE FROM S. WALNUT LANE TO NW
PRAIRIE ROSE LANE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, development to the south has occurred and the original street name of S. Walnut Lane
was too similar to an existing street name within Waukee; AND,
WHEREAS, the existing street runs north/south within the Sahu Acres neighborhood and has no
existing homes addressed off of it, AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council approves the street
name change to NW Prairie Rose Lane.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 15th day of May 2023.
