RESOLUTION 2023-225
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2023 FEE SCHEDULE, REVISION NO. 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on April 17, 2023, the Waukee City Council approved the City of Waukee 2023
Fee Schedule (Resolution #2023-153); AND,
WHEREAS, upon review of Pet Licensing and Animal Control fees within the approved fee
schedule, City staff recommend that the pet license renewal late fee be eliminated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15'' day of May, 2023, that the City of Waukee 2023 Fee Schedule, Revision No. 1, eliminating
the pet license renewal late fee, is hereby approved and shall be in effect immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that residents who are currently impacted by the 2023 pet
license renewal cycle late fee will have the late fee waived upon their request.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any pet license renewal late fee paid prior to the 15`h of
May, 2023, shall not be subject to refund.
