RESOLUTION 2023-238
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PRAIRIE ROSE PLAT 61
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Prairie Rose Waukee, LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Rose Plat 6 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Prairie
Rose Plat 6 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5t' day of June, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public im r vements
associated with the Prairie Rose Plat 6 Subdivision.
