RESOLUTION 2023-245
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY GRADE
[PARKS CREW LEAD]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator, Parks & Recreation Director and Human Resources
Director propose the creation of a Parks Crew Lead job description; AND,
WHEREAS, the pay grade for the position shall be N25; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator and Human Resource Director recommend establishing the
job description and approving the job description and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 5 h day of June 2023 that it hereby approves the job description and de for Parks
Crew Lead.
