RESOLUTION 2023-302
APPROVING PUBLIC STORM WATER DETENTION EASEMENT AND PUBLIC
INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT (KETTLESTONE PEAK TOWNHOMES)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Grand Prairie Townhomes,
LLC, are necessary for the purpose of locating and maintaining a surface water flowage and
detention area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Storm Water Detention Easement from Grand Prairie Townhomes, LLC, is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Ingress — Egress Easement from Grand Prairie
Townhomes, LLC, is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 1 Och day of July
2023.
