Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting called to order at 8:15 P.M.by Mayor Kent.
Following councilmen answered the roll callj Davis,
Sandmier,Knoll and McMahon.Absent Mullins.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved as read.
Treasurers report was read and approved as read.I
Moved by Sandmier,seconded by MclViahonthat the
following bills be allowed and orders drawn on the
Treasurer for the same.

Deane Chapman was appointed as (,member of the
Li')rary Board to fill the vacancy of J .S.Wood.
Mr.Macy of t he Iowa Power-and.Light Co met with
the Town Gouncil.I
