RESOLUTION 2023-327
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PRAIRIE VILLAGE PLAT 3 — UNIVERSITY IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Signature Companies, LLC completed the public improvements associated
with the Prairie Village Plat 3 — University Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Prairie
Village Plat 3 — University Improvements and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 24t' day of July, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Village Plat 3 — University Improvements.
