Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M.by Mayor Kent.
The following councilmen answered the roll call;Knoll,
Sandmier,Davis,McMahon and Mullins.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
as read.
Treasurers report was read and approved as read.
The Treasurers yearly report was read and accepted.
Moved by MUllins,seconded by Knoll that the following
bills be allowed and orders drawn on treasurer for the
same.

Moved by Sandmier,seconded by Davis that meeting adjourn
and reconvene as Board of Equalization.Motion carried.

Council meeting as Board of Equalization.
The following councilmen were present;W.P.Kent,
Mayor,J.C.Sandmier,T.R.Mullins,Fred Knoll,Ed.
Davis and Geo.McMahon.
Moved by McMahon,seconded by Mullins that the tax
charged against the Stoner McCray System be marked
off as they pay rent for the sign boards.Motion
carried.
I Moved by Davis,seconded by Sandmier that the Iowa
Power and Light Company property be raised from
$6000.00 to ~plO,OOO.OO.Motion carried.
Moved by Davis,seconded b7 McMahon that the equip-
ment of the Co~unity Oil Company on leased ground
be raised from ~500.00 to *1000.00.Motion carried.
Moved by Mullins,seconded by Sandmier that council
adjourn as Equalization Board and reconvene as Town
Council.Motion carried.
The following men were present and were sworn in.
For Mayor.G.E.Davis.
Councilmen.S.M.Cook,T.R.MUllins,J.C.Sandmier,
Geo.McMahon.J.W.Carter being absent was not sworn
in.
Moved by MUllins,seconded by Sandmier that council
adjourn and meet Monday evening,April 14th.Motion
