Special meeting of Th~Town Council of Waukee Iowa.
Meeting called to order at 8.P.M.by Mayor Davis.

Sandmier,MUllena,Cook,Mc Mahan And Carter.
Moved by MUllens seconded by Saadmte1'that Council Adjo1'n
and meet as Equalization board.Motion 6&1'r1eo.
Mr Macy of the Iowa Power and l1ght co met with the board.
Moved.~Sandmier that the Electic Light Co be assessed
at~OOO.The motion was not seconeded so Sandmier with<ftre1'1
his motion.

Moved by Carter that the electric 60 be a ssessen at $6000.
Seconded by MWiilibllS.Motion Carried.
