Meeting called to order at S.p.m.by Mayor Davis.

MUllens,Oarte,Oook,McMahan and Sandmier.
Mrs Ellsworth met with the Council and gave a yearly report on
the Library which was accepted.
I'JIheMinutes of the previuS meeting were read and approve"as read
!Phe Treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by MUllens and seoonded by Sandmier that the following bills
be allowed and orders drawn on the Treas for the same.
