Moved by.Sandmier and seconded by Mullens that the following
resolution be adopted.Be I~XESOLiED ,fhat we employ Frank G.Pierce tp report to us on all
matters before the legislature in which cities and towns are interested,
and the clerk is hereby authori~ed to draw a warrent in the sum of ~5.00
in full payment ~fr all such services and that such warrent be at once
mailed til Frank G,Piedce ,Marshalltown Iowa.

to appoint a pearson t~tn the library'board to take the place of
Mrs Whiting during her absence.Motion Oarried.
