The minutes of the previous meeting WBBe read and approved as read.
The Treas report was read and approved as read.IMovedbyMallensandsecondedbyCookthatthefollowingbillsbe,
allowed and orders drawn on the tres for the same.Mojion carried •

I.esignation of E.E.Potter as assessor was read and accepted.
E.L.Shannon was appointed by the Mayor to fill the unexpired
term as assessor,appointment verified by the town Council.
Moved by McMahan and seconded by Cook the Bert Overman pump water
into the cistern on the triangle to see "if it leaks and if it
dosent leak to fill it.Motion Carried.
Motion to ad~orn by Mullems ,Seconded by Sandmier,Motion carried.
