AWARDING QUOTE AND APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ROOFING SERVICES
[SOUTHFORK PARK SHELTER AND CENTENNIAL PARK COVERED BRIDGE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as Southfork
Park Shelter and Centennial Park Covered Bridge Roofing Services and described in the Request
for Quotes that was provided to vendors be and is hereby accepted:
Contractor: Wolf Construction Services of West Des Moines, IA
Amount of quote: $10,075.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction contract and insurance coverage for
Southfork Park Shelter and Centennial Park Covered Bridge Roofing Services is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21" day of August, 2023.
