RESOLUTION 2023-370
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 81
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Jerry's Homes completed the public improvements associated with the
Kettlestone Ridge Plat 8 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Kettlestone Ridge Plat 8 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of August, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Kettlestone Ridge Plat 8 Subdivision.
