RESOLUTION 2023-384
APPROVING PURCHASE ORDER AMENDMENT WITH ABCREATIVE
[STRATFORD CROSSING PARK]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2022, the Waukee City Council approved a quote through the Equalis
Group Purchasing Program for Stratford Crossing Park playground equipment, surfacing, restroom
facilities, shelter and installation (Resolution #2022-533); AND,
WHEREAS, ABCreative, which was contracted for the installation of the playground and footings,
has submitted a Purchase Order Amendment in order to address conflicts with the location of some
subdrainage and the footings for the playground equipment; AND,
WHEREAS, the Amendment shall increase the playground price by $7,475.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 5th day
of September, 2023, that it hereby approves the Purchase Order Amendment with ABCreative
[Stratford Crossing Park].
