RESOLUTION 2023-392
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[COURTYARDS AT PARKSIDE PLAT 21
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Courtyards at Parkside, LLC completed the public improvements
associated with the Courtyards at Parkside Plat 2 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Courtyards at Parkside Plat 2 subdivision and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5t' day of September, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Courtyards at Parkside Plat 2 Subdivision.
