Town council of the ~l'ownof Waukee met on this ds t e
in a,called session with Mayor Davis presiding and the
following councilmen answ6rjng to roll call,Carter,
Sandmier,and ~ullins.
Vias,moved by Carter that the Town Council ppoctled to
intervene in the case entitled W.P.Kent etal vs Iowa
State Highw,ay Commiss,ion,e ta L,now peipg tried in the,
District Court of Dallas Gounty,lowa.Seconded by
Mullins.Carried.I
Sandmier moved to adjourn.Carter seconded.Carried.
