April 6th 1931
Regular meeting of the Town Gouncil of Waukee Iowa ••
Gouncil met in regular session at the Town Hall with Mayor Davis and
the following councUman.Darter,Mullens ,'Sandmier,Gook and McMahan.
Meeting called to order at 8 p.m.by Mayor Davis.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
liThe Treas report was read and approved as read.
The Treas anual report wa:s read and approved as read.
Moved by Mullens and seconded by Garter "that the fpllowing bills be allowed
and orders drawn on th~Treas for the same.

Moved by MUllens and seconded by Sandmier that the Taxes ~or 1930
on Lots 5-6 block 3 in Copeland Addition be suppended.
Motion carried.
Moved by Mullens ,seconded by Carter that the light on the south end
of fourth street be moved north one pole.,Motion carried.
Moved by Mullens Seconded by Carter that Council ad~orn and meet as
board of equli:ation,Motion carried.
Council met as board of equalization with Mayor Davis presiding and
the following councilman.Carter,Mullens,Cook,Sandmier,&Mc Mahan.
E.L.Shannon,assessor read tax books.As seveaal properties weBe up for read~ustment and owing to the lateness
of.the hour,motion to adjorn was made by mullens ,untill Tuesday
night April 7th 1931.Seconded by GOOk,Moition carried,11,p.m.
