RESOLUTION 2023-429
APPROVING RENEWAL OF HVAC MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS WITH THE
WALDINGER CORPORATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Waukee City Council has long contracted with The Waldinger Corporation
for HVAC inspections and maintenance for Waukee City Hall and Waukee Public Safety
facilities; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff is satisfied with the work done in the past by The Waldinger
Corporation and recommends retaining the services of The Waldinger Corporation for an
additional year;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 2"d day of October, 2023, that the renewal of HVAC maintenance agreements with The
Waldinger Corporation is hereby approved.
