RESOLUTION 2023-443
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR CASEY'S STORE #4269
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the revised Site Plan for Casey's Store #4269 on September 26, 2023; AND,
WHEREAS, the revised Site Plan for Casey's Store #4269 is in general conformance with § 160
— Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the revised Site Plan for Casey's Store #4269 is in general conformance with § 161
— Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 2"d day of October, 2023 that the revised Site Plan for Casey's Store #4269 is approved.
