Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee Iowa.
Meeting was called to order at 8 P.M.by M§yor Davis.
The forlowing Councilman answered the roll call.
Sandmier,Carter,Mullens,Cook,and McMahan.I The minutes mf ~he previous meeting were read and approved
as read.The ~reas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by Samdmier and seconded by MUllens that VanDeventer
and Decker be issued 8 licence to sell Cigarettes,Motion
carried.Moved by Mullens and seconded by McMahan that
-J.C.Rousseau be refunded ~25.00 un his cigarette permit
which was not used.motion carried.
Moved by Mullens and seconded by Cook that the following bills
be allowed ahd orders drawn on the Treas for the same.
Motion carried.

L.S.Hinkson presented a bill for haUling gravel on his
street in front of his home •This bill Was not allowed
because it wasent authorized by the Town Council.
B.F.Jones met with the board and registered a complaint
about the boys aroud ~own destroying property on the night of
Oct 31st.The Marshall promised that the boys would replace
the property.
Motion to adjorn by Carter and seconded by Sandmier.
