RESOLUTION 2023-475
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[INDI RUN PLAT 51
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Indi Run West, LLC completed the public improvements associated with
the Indi Run Plat 5 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Indi
Run Plat 5 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6t' day of November, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Indi Run Plat 5 Subdivision.
