RESOLUTION 2023-476
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[INDI RUN PLAT 61
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Indi Run West, LLC completed the public improvements associated with
the Indi Run Plat 6 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Indi
Run Plat 6 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City ouncil in
session this 6 h day of November, 2023, that it hereby accepts the p improvements
associated with Indi Run Plat 6 Subdivision.
