RESOLUTION 2023-477
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[NW GEORGETOWN DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Waukee Community School District completed the public
improvements associated with NW Georgetown Drive; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the NW
Georgetown Drive and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6�h day of November, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public i provern,
associated with NW Georgetown Drive.
