negular meeting of the Town Council Of Waukee,Iowa,
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis.
The following councilman answered the roll ,call.
Cook,Knoll,Loose,Howe,McMahan entered .the meeting after
the roihl c9.11.
The minuttes bf the last meening were read and approved as read.
The treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved By Cook and seconded by Knoll the the follwoing bills
be allowed and orders drswn on the tress for the same.

Emil Carlson and Frank Kuelh met with the Coucil and filed
hcomplaintagainst •C.Howe for keeping stock on his place
in and unsanitary condition.lt was aggreed to investigate and if
found in the condition of the complaint it would be declared
a nuisance and ordered to be removed at once.
No other business apJ;laring.it was moved by Loose meeting adjorn
seconded by McMahan,Motion carried.
