Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis.
The following councilmen answered the roll call;Knoll,Cook,
Howe,Loose and McMahon.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as
read.
Treasurers report was read and approved as read.I
Moved by Cook,seconded by Loose that the following bills be
allowed and orders Grawn on the Treasurer for the same.
Sam Hurwitz.Groceries for bums.
Waukee Oil Co.Gas and Oil
Waukee Oi 1 Co.Meals for bums
Waukee Cafe.Meals for bums
S.N.Overman.December salary
S.M.Nissly.December salary
Jones 'Motor Repair.Work on grader.
Wm Dowd ,Hauling coal.j
Iowa Power and Light Co.Street lights for Dec.
Shuler Coal Co.Coal

Sam Cook left the meeting at this time.
Frank Kuehl met with the council and registered complaint
about the condition of the building on the North end of the
lot wher >H.C.Howe lives and wanted something done.
Moved by McMahon that the Town ~ouncil declare that the
building and stock on the North end of Lot 1 in Block 3
in the re-~lat of the 1st Addition of the fown of Waukee,
Waukee,Iowa,be declared a nusiance and the Town Marshall
serve a notice to have it removed within 48 hours from -
time of service.Seconded by Loose.motion carried.
