The minuttes of the previous meeting were read and approved
as read •The freas report was read and approved BS read.

Dr McMahan enterd the meeting at this time.
I Discussion was had about cutting trees ao the west side of
the Town with the above men,It was mutualy aggreed to cut
the trees that thE property owners ont the west side of town
aagreed to have cut.
Moved by Loose and seconded by Cook that the the clerk
draw an affidivat to the effffictthat there was a douhle
assement on ramI number 154 and 112 and certify the the
same to the State board of review.Motion carried.

Correction to above minnutes.
It wes verbaly 8pgreed by the men presnt in the arov~meeting
that they would not hold the Town r-eppcris t bje i'f the trees fell
on there houses and cBused damage that ~hey wOll1d stand the loss
themse1~es heCAuse they didnt wan>them cut and the Town did.
