RESOLUTION 2023-518
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR KETTLESTONE CENTRAL APARTMENTS PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Kettlestone Central, LC, has requested final plat approval of Kettlestone Central
Apartments Plat 1 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on November 28, 2023, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Kettlestone Central Apartments Plat 1 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
4th day of December, 2023, that the Final Plat for Kettlestone Central Apartments Plat 1 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Warranty Deed (Street Lot A and B);
2. Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
3. Public Utility Easement;
4. Off -Site Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
5. Public Gas Easement;
6. Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
7. Public Sidewalk Easement;
8. Landscape Buffer Easement;
9. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
10. Private Water Main Easement;
11. Private Overland Flowage Easement;
12. Private Storm Water Detention Easement;
13. Private Storm Sewer Easement; and
14. Off -Site Private Storm Sewer Easement
