RESOLUTION 2023-530
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED WITH ROCK EQUITY HOLDINGS II, LLC [SE
WESTOWN PARKWAY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City approved construction plans for SE Westown Parkway which included the
extension of SE Westown Parkway; AND,
WHEREAS, as a part of the improvements, a portion of SE Westown Parkway was required to be
extended over property owned by Rock Equity Holdings II, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that
the warranty deed for the extension of SE Westown Parkway over and across property owned by
Rock Equity Holdings II, LLC be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18"' day of
December, 2023.
