RESOLUTION 2023-532
APPROVING DWELLING UNIT RENTAL AGREEMENT [1130 S. WARRIOR LANE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee owns a dwelling unit and property addressed as 1130 S.
Warrior Lane, Waukee, IA; AND,
WHEREAS, the City proposes to enter into a Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement with Steve
Patrick Walsh for 1130 S. Warrior Lane, beginning December 16, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18`" day of December, 2023, that it hereby approves the Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement [1130
S. Warrior Lane].
