RESOLUTION 2023-540
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[JERRY'S HOMES AND BOB MANNING]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and Jerrys' Homes and Bob
Manning for loss of crop within the permanent and temporary construction easement; AND,
WHEREAS, this work is part of the T Avenue Improvements Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [Jerry's Homes and Bob Manning] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 18t' day of
December, 2023.
