Regular Meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting called to or~er by Mayor Davis.
The Fol~owing councilman answered the rool csll.

The minuttes of the previous were read and approved as read.'
The Treas report was read and approved as read.
Move by Howe and seconded by Knoll that the following bills be a~~ellF
allowed and order's drawn on the trell.sforthe same.

Moved by Loose and secondea by Cook theat the town put a street
light on the eastside of the street that ruuns past L.S
Hinksons and the Brenton Lumber Co properties on the east
end of Town.Motion Carried.
Moved by Mcmahan and seconded by Loose that the resolution of
necessity be adopted and and 8th street between Walnut and
maple be graveled,and assessed to adjoining properties.
IJ;ovedby MCI\'ahanand_.,secondedby Cook that the Town bUy the
mower from the Dowd ~state for $5.00 and the Marshall was I
instructed to use his judjment in regard to the mower cycle.
